Do we need our own evacuation equipment?
The course includes demonstration and practice with your site’s equipment. Tell us what you have when you enquire. If you do not have equipment yet, contact us to discuss your requirements before booking.
Which makes and models can you train on?
Send us the make and model of your chair, sledge or mat so we can confirm suitability. This helps us plan the practical training around your equipment.
What space and facilities do we need?
Please provide a room large enough for your group and a presentation. Contact us with details of your premises and equipment so we can agree a suitable space for supervised practice. Our instructor brings a computer, and a projector can be provided on request.
Are travel and out-of-hours sessions included?
Group training starts from £400 + VAT. The final fee depends on your location, with a higher price for longer-distance travel. A supplement applies to weekend sessions and weekday starts before 08:00 or after 17:00. Include your postcode and preferred time so we can confirm your total fee before booking.
Can you train several teams or multiple sites?
Send us your locations, approximate numbers and preferred dates. We can discuss your requirements and provide a tailored quote. Each advertised group session accommodates up to 16 people.
What certificate do attendees receive?
A certificate of attendance is awarded on completion of the training.
Can we add practical fire extinguisher training?
You can add a practical fire extinguisher session for £150 + VAT. Mention this when enquiring so we can confirm the arrangements and additional time needed. View fire extinguisher training.
